Terms and conditions

Participation in the EURAS Conference takes place in the context of a professional capacity, not as a consumer. The definition of consumer covers natural persons who are acting outside their trade, business, craft or profession. The 14 day withdrawal period for distance and off-premise contracts, as stated by EU-directive 2011/83/EU, is not applicable. You may however cancel your participation in the conference up until 4 June 2025. EURAS will refund the conferencec under subtraction of possible cost of the payment method chosen by the participant.
